How We Refurbish Xerox Copiers

When an ex-lease Xerox copier comes in to our warehouse from a corporate environment the first thing we do is test all areas of the machine.

The areas we test are the finisher, stacker, booklet maker, exit trays, transporter, the DADF (Digital Automatic Document Feeder) all paper trays and the duplex unit to make sure everything is working ok.

Before we strip it all apart and give it a good clean out we test for colour quality. If the colour quality isn’t at an acceptable level we will correct any problems or replace any parts that need to be replaced. We also check for any wear and tear on things like rollers, transfer belts and we make sure the fuser unit is fusing properly.
