2. Place the document on the scanner glass facing down. Press scan. If the machine is connected to a network, press a or b to display the computer where you want to send the document, and then press ok.
3. If you are using the scanner glass, follow the LCD instructions to complete the scanning job.
4. If you need to change scan settings, Fuji Xerox’s control centre software must be installed on a computer connected to the machine.
5. To change the scan settings for your document, press a or b to select Yes, then press ok and go to the next step.
6. In order to use the default scan settings, press a or b to select No, and then press ok. Press start and the machine will start scanning.

How to scan from your computer (Windows)

Your computer can also be used to scan photos and documents on your Fuji Xerox machine. Use the software applications provided by Fuji Xerox. Save scanned documents and photos to a folder as a PDF and the load your document. Click start and then and select your model name in the drop – down list. Click scan. The machine will scan the document and save the file in the folder you have selected. The folder will automatically open. Press start to scan the page. After the machine scans the page, press 1 or a to scan the next page. Add the next page on the scanner glass, and then press ok. Press 2 or b when you have scanned all the pages.
