Copy Smart began when a minister friend at an Anglican church approached me for help sourcing a second-hand photocopier. He knew, as National Operations Manager, I had previously liaised as a service provider to Fuji Xerox for 5 years. He knew he could trust me to get the best deal. Unfortunately, he just wasn’t able to work with my schedule that time. He ended up purchasing an overpriced, cheap quality, second-hand copier without me. It was an analogue (dinosaur!) with a high copy count. To top it off, it came with a long term contract. This involved a high click charge rate.

I hate it when people get ripped off! If someone tried to sell you a car, you would know what a reasonable price would be for that make and model and wear and tear. Unfortunately, people don’t have the same knowledge about copiers.

I sell used Xerox, digital copiers, Xerox Photocopiers, xerox document centre.

I have worked with them and I’m confident with the product. I also know the history of the copier industry. Xerox was the first to invent the photocopier; they’ve been in the game the longest. Like BMW and Mercedes Benz in the motor vehicle industry, Xerox has led the world in quality photocopier manufacturing and technology. I sell Xerox – the best quality, second-hand photocopiers.

I don’t sell re-manufactured photocopiers. Re-manufactured copiers need to be over-hauled because they have reached their life expectancy. My machines don’t need re-conditioning. My second-hand Xerox photocopiers have not yet completed their life cycle – they’re just being re-sold. Compare my copiers to a car: you wouldn’t re-condition an engine after it had done only 30,000 kilometres. No! You would just give it a check and service. Likewise, the Xerox digital photocopiers that I sell have not finished their life cycle and do not need to be re-furbished. Having been in the copier industry a long time, I know how many ‘clicks’ constitutes ‘low kilometres’. I can supply you with a second-hand photocopier that has only done between 5-50% of its life cycle.

So – my used, digital Xerox machines are of the highest quality, with plenty of working life left in them. Not only that, they’re cheap! My company has few overhead costs; we pass the benefits on to you!
