More than just a multifunction device, the DCC250 offers five intelligent services to enhance your document management process in every way.
Document Flow Services
Document Flow Services considerably simplify and speed up job flows within your organisation. Hardcopy documents can be converted to digital format quickly and easily for transportation directly or via a mailbox to multiple destinations within the organisation’s network.
Management Services
These simplify the set up and management of the device to allow for cost savings and productivity enhancements. The cost control features allow administrators to control and limit usage of all the networking and machine capabilities of this device, while software solutions such as CentreWare Web and CentreWare Internet Services allow administrators to consolidate and manage all print devices on the network regardless of manufacturer from a remote location.
Security Services
The DCC250’s multi-tiered security services control information access and prevent unauthorised use of the device for total piece of mind. The optional Data Security Kit allows for hard disk drive encryption and overwrites while the Security Watermark feature allows specified security text strings and background images to be embedded repeatedly into a print or copy document as a concealed image which becomes visible when an attempt is made to copy, scan or fax the protected document.
Mobile Services
Mobile Services enable an environment where the input / output of documents can be easily achieved across multiple office locations. Using optional software features such as CentreWare Easy Operator, intra-office users can search for devices at their current location within a network covering multiple locations.
Customisation Services
The DCC250’s user interface and default settings can also be customised to feature the most commonly used functions/settings to best suit the workgroup’s requirements and optimise productivity. |
